Snow peas
How to use

Snow peas have many uses. For example, they are delicious to serve in a salad - even if they have been blanched, they are still incredibly crisp and juicy.
​
Likewise, wok dishes can be a good opportunity to bring snow peas into play. Cut them in half and sear them hard in the wok. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds - then there is food that everyone likes.
​
Snow peas are sweet and they easily retain their crispness despite heat treatment of various kinds.
​
When the Danish or Portuguese snow peas are ready, all you have to do is rinse them - then they are ready both for the packed lunch, the salad or the back seat of the car.
