At Green Peas A/S, we are proud to give our pickers, who may otherwise find it difficult to gain a foothold in the labor market, a chance to get a job and create a better future for themselves.
We believe that everyone deserves a fair chance, regardless of their background or previous experience. We have established a program that is refined all the time for people's benefit.
Skills and development
Our program gives these employees a chance to learn new skills and gain experience in a professional work environment. We want to help kick-start their personal journey and give them experience and funds, which can contribute to development both in their local community and within themselves.
We also offer training and support so that our employees can develop their skills and competencies, and improve their chances of getting a job in the future – either with us again, or somewhere else.
